I called them to ask battery replacement for my IPhone and the gentleman on the phone was very professional and explain me option. The prices was comparatively cheaper, they replace my phone battery while I was waiting. Good Customer Services. Keep it up.

Update: they did end up finding my account and reaching out, Rashid has been providing me some over the phone options to try to solve the issues. I will try these tonight. I do appreciate their customer service for sure. Indifferent about this place. Been here 3 times, twice the guys were nice and helpful, the other is my biggest issue. Initially I had an LCD issue that needed to be repaired, I took it and then a few months later ran into the same issue, except this time when I went the guy was extremely unprofessional, told me it would be 15 minutes which was perfect bc I had an appt in 40, I went back after half an hour and he was like “oh ah uh I need more time” - so I had to cancel my appointment. After I got the phone back, the lcd was repaired but it started randomly shutting off - I NEVWR had this issue before. I took it back and they “checked it” and said it looked fine insisted that it wasn’t related. However this time after them opening it up, I have even more issues now, my screen won’t load all my messages, it shuts off more now, and now it won’t charge after the reset. Very frustrated because I paid both times.
